1. Service Description

YOUNIQC is an AI-powered creative assistant that helps creators generate ideas, develop content and optimize their creative strategy. YOUNIQC never publishes content on your behalf.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

3. Subscription and Billing

YOUNIQC is a paid service. No free tier is available. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create using YOUNIQC. We never publish content on your behalf and claim no rights over your creations.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for abusive, illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Do not scrape data or attempt reverse engineering.
  • Do not resell access to the service or AI-generated content as a service.

6. Limitation of Liability

YOUNIQC is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
